Counseling Sessions

Coaching Sessions

One on one counseling session with supervisory and management team members on positive ways to supervise, encourage and engage employees and their own performance improvement in their managerial area
$135/hour, UC $160/hour

Training Programs

Group sessions to the different audiences within an organization on topics related to work life balance, change, acceptance, resources, improvement, stress, anxiety, and other behavioral health topics.
$250 -$500+/hour (depending upon topic, time commitment, and the amount of people)

EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

Well-designed Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are an effective way for employers to identify and address workers’ concerns regarding issues ranging from relationships at home and work, financial strains, stress management, productivity, addiction, divorce, mental and physical health and of recent, the reality of the forced integration of Covid-19 into their daily lives.
The effects of mental distress, no matter where on the mental health continuum persons may fall “normal to severe” comes at the cost of employee attendance, engagement, productivity, teamwork and finally, the bottom line for the company.

The Mind Unlocked EAP will address these challenges in various ways as shared below:

• Early identification of personal and behavioral concerns
• Early intervention for the treatment of behavioral and mental health disorders
• Reduce tardiness and unplanned absences
• Maintains and improve presenteeism and productivity

ECP (Executive Coaching Program)

An Executive Coaching Program is made up of group and individual sessions. C-level managers are the ones inside the organization who have the responsibility of maintaining the vision while coordinating and administering the rest of the team. An executive coaching program seeks to meet the participants where they are at through a thought-provoking conversation with a coach. The recommendation is to have an initial feedback session with the immediate leader and 6-8 consecutive sessions after, per person.

PEIP (Performance Evaluation Improvement Process)
A Performance Evaluation Improvement Process consists of 3 working sessions where a task force is set in place to coordinate the program and follow up of implementation. Every company has its own data recollection system set in place. Therefore, we diagnose it, integrate it with the performance evaluation, and implement. A key ingredient included is the training in how to give feedback.
