Tina Cuellar

Holds a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of the West Indies. She has dedicated the past 16 years to helping children cope, understand and heal from their past and present emotional pain. Her work has been with high school and university students, adults, couples and primary level students. Although these individuals and their families, come from all walks of life, the burden of the pain they feel is very much the same. Tina’s practice areas are grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress management. With children she integrates play therapy. My goal is to have my clients understand that we all struggle from time to time and having an external view of a therapist can help one discover the tools one may already have to overcome the negative thoughts and emotions. Therapy is a journey we embark on together and the end goal is to have clients learn to live the life they’ve always envisioned with happiness and fulfillment
